The International Journal of Poultry Science (IJPS) is committed to the open dissemination and responsible reuse of scholarly research. The following terms apply to the copyright and licensing of articles published in the journal.
Authors retain the copyright of their articles published in the International Journal of Poultry Science without restrictions.
By publishing an article in the journal, authors grant the International Journal of Poultry Science and its publisher the right of first publication and a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, and identify the article as originally published by the journal.
Copyright ownership is not transferred to the journal or publisher. Authors remain free to use, distribute, share, archive, and reuse their work in accordance with the applicable licence.
Articles published in the International Journal of Poultry Science are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) Licence.
Under the CC BY 4.0 Licence, users are permitted to copy, share, distribute, redistribute, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the published material for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source, a link to the licence is provided, and any changes made to the original material are indicated.
No additional restrictions are imposed beyond the terms of the CC BY 4.0 Licence.
The full terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence are available at: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ .
Authors retain their copyright and publishing rights without restrictions. Authors may reuse their published work in future scholarly or educational works, distribute copies, deposit the article in institutional or subject repositories, post it on personal or institutional websites, and otherwise reuse the work without seeking additional permission from the journal or publisher, subject to appropriate acknowledgement of the original publication where applicable.
The CC BY 4.0 Licence applies to the article unless otherwise indicated. Third-party material included in an article may be subject to separate copyright or licensing terms. Material that is not covered by the article's Creative Commons licence must be clearly identified through an appropriate credit line, copyright notice, licence statement, or permission statement.
Authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary to reproduce copyrighted third-party material in their articles and for providing appropriate acknowledgement of such material.
The journal displays the applicable copyright and licensing information with published articles. Where practicable, the licence information is also included in the full-text version of the article to ensure that readers can readily identify the terms governing its use and reuse.
Retention of copyright by the authors does not restrict the rights granted to readers under the CC BY 4.0 Licence. The Creative Commons licence establishes the terms under which readers and other users may reuse the published work, while copyright ownership remains with the author(s).
